Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Our Website development efforts come with a Two(2) days money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services during the first Two (2) days after installation, you will be given a refund of your payment amount minus any hourly fees for work completed. Requests for such refunds must be made either by e-mail to email@example.com or by phone within Two (2) days of our notification to you that the development work has been completed and the website has been installed.
Important: Please note that, you can only claim or ask for the refund within two (2) days after installation, and it’s only liable if you find multiple issues/bugs in the delivered project.
If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute (i.e. PayPal Dispute) from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or project will be suspended without notice. A $50 chargeback fee (issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company), plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before service is restored, files delivered, or any further work is done.
Instead of issuing a chargeback, contact us to address any billing issues. Requesting a chargeback or opening a PayPal/Credit Card dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund. Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund policy prior to making a payment.
